Film photography is the first step of my artistic process, aiming to capture the landscape where I live and travel. I can usually be found shooting with my Olympus OM10, often in black and white so that I have a reference of values when painting in oils. Occasionally, I exploit a long exposure to create a variety of effects. My film is purely documentary; I try to capture photos as quickly and simply as possible to be used for artistic interpretation later.
